Long Beach, CA – April 2020, Centers Business Management (CBM) recently acquired a high-profile new leasing account in a sprawling Albertson’s, CVS + Wells Fargo anchored shopping center on Willow Street in the city of Long Beach

CBM retail specialists, Geoff Grossman + Jason Ehrenpreis, were recently awarded a prestigious new leasing account at the Wrigley Plaza shopping center. The expansive Albertson’s and CVS anchored retail shopping center is situated at the intersection of Willow Street and Long Beach Boulevard in prime Long Beach. In addition to the high-profile anchor tenants, the center hosts over 20 retail tenants, including Wells Fargo, Starbucks + Carls Jr drive-thru locations, Rent-A-Center, T-Mobile, Jersey Mike’s, Papa John’s, Waba Grill, and Rainbow, along with many more.
