CBM collects and retains select consumer data, including names, phone numbers, physical mailing addresses, and email contacts.

Why do we collect this data?

CBM collects consumer data strictly for marketing purposes.

How do we use this data?

CBM uses the means of communication outlined above to contact existing and prospective clients to offer commercial real estate services. CBM does not share consumer data with third parties for marketing purposes. CBM does not sell consumer data to third parties.

How do we store this data?

CBM stores consumer data on secure servers protected by firewalls and continuously supervised by security monitoring software.

IP Logs, Cookies + Tracking Pixels

CBM, and marketing support services CBM contracts with, log consumer IP addresses, and in some cases employ tracking cookies and pixel tags.

What rights do you have over your data?

You have a right to review any personal consumer data CBM has collected on you. You are also free to request that CBM delete this personal consumer data for our records. (This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.)
