Los Angeles, CA – March, 2016, Centers Business Management (CBM) wins a 2015 CoStar Power Broker Award for leading SoCal leasing brokerages in retail leasing transaction volume.

CoStar, the Commercial Real Estate industry’s leading research database firm, announced Centers Business Management (CBM) as a 2015 Power Broker Award winner. CBM has earned this award for the 7th consecutive year, continuing to distinguish the brokerage as a SoCal retail leasing transaction volume leader. In what prove another banner year for the firm, CBM averaged over 30 deals a month, completing 383 total leasing transactions. In addition, three CBM retail leasing agents also earned individual Power Broker Awards. West LA Leasing Director, Geoff Grossman; West LA retail specialist, Alex Shabani; and long-time Encino retail specialist, David Levcovitch, all earned top honors.
