Anaheim, CA – March, 2016, Centers Business Management (CBM) completed a leasing transaction with international auto parts retailer, AutoZone, in prime Gardena location.

Centers Business Management (CBM) agents, Geoff Grossman and Aaron Guido, completed a lease transaction representing the landlord in a deal with AutoZone, an international auto parts retailer, and publicly traded company (AZO on the NYSE). AutoZone will occupy a 7,000+ SQFT end-cap space in a well-patronized 26,000 SQFT community shopping center. The property fronts onto heavily trafficked Crenshaw Boulevard in Northwestern Gardena, and is situated on the same block as Superior Grocers, O’Reily Auto Parts and Dollar Tree discount store. The space and commanded a very aggressive lease rate on a 10 year term.

AutoZone is a Fortune 500 multinational corporation founded 1979, and became a publicly traded company in 1991. The company operates 5,600 stores in 49 US states, Mexico and Brazil.

“We recognized the neighboring tenants, who include O’Reilly auto parts, Dollar Tree and Superior Grocers, offered an ideal fit for a retailer like AutoZone,” says CBM West LA Leasing Director, Geoff Grossman. “We approached landlord about combining several spaces – the property was formerly occupied exclusively by smaller, mom & pop tenants.
