During his tenure in the real estate industry, Eric has collectively leased, sold and managed over 500,000 SQFT of commercial real estate property throughout Southern California, in addition to handling corporate real estate accounts for Pizza Hut and Taco Bell (both Yum Brand holdings), and Pep Boys. Eric also holds the distinction of leasing the first drive-thru Starbucks location in Orange County. Some of Eric s other notable transactions include leasing office space to the National Kidney Foundation for their Southern California headquarter, and leasing industrial space to Ferarini SPA, a $10 billion Italian food importer. Eric recently brokered a long term ground lease for Dunkin Donuts in Northridge, California.
