Eric Kalfa is a seasoned commercial real estate veteran with more than 22 years in the industry. Possessing a broad commercial real estate background, including retail, office and industrial leasing, in addition to commercial property sales, property management and retail property development Eric s wealth of practical experience is a tremendous asset to Centers Business Management s (CBM) top ranked leasing team.

During his tenure in the real estate industry, Eric has collectively leased, sold and managed over 500,000 SQFT of commercial real estate property throughout Southern California, in addition to handling corporate real estate accounts for Pizza Hut and Taco Bell (both Yum Brand holdings), and Pep Boys. Eric also holds the distinction of leasing the first drive-thru Starbucks location in Orange County. Some of Eric s other notable transactions include leasing office space to the National Kidney Foundation for their Southern California headquarter, and leasing industrial space to Ferarini SPA, a $10 billion Italian food importer. Eric recently brokered a long term ground lease for Dunkin Donuts in Northridge, California.

With a winning combination of leasing, sales, management and development experience over the course of a career spanning more than two decades in the industry Eric Kalfa has established a reputation as a superlative commercial real estate professional.
