Franc Magaña is a retail and industrial property leasing and sales specialist focused on the Southern California marketplace. A seasoned commercial real estate veteran, with over a decade of industry experience, Franc handles both landlord and tenant representation.
Franc began his commercial real estate career at Colliers International in 2008 as a research associate where he helped cover the Los Angeles industrial, office and retail property market. Working as a research associate, Franc gained detailed knowledge of the vast and varied Los Angeles market, along with an in-depth understanding of the fundamentals that drive commercial property value.
In 2010 Franc became a sales associate at Colliers International and joined a top-performing brokerage team. Over the last decade, Franc has participated in the marketing, leasing, and sale of commercial real estate assets valued at more than $900 million dollars and comprising millions of square feet of retail space.
Prior to joining Colliers, Franc served in the United States Marines. His service with the Marines included a deployment during the beginning of the Iraq War. While in the Marines, Franc learned the critical importance of careful attention to detail, the value of teamwork, active problem-solving, and effective stress management in highly pressurized situations.
