Jason Ehrenpreis is retail specialist, focusing on shopping center leasing and investment sales. Primarily a landlord representative, servicing a broad retail property portfolio, Jason also handles limited tenant and buyer representation. Covering a wide-ranging territory, Jason oversees accounts throughout Southern California, including greater Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland empire.
Jason joined Centers Business Management (CBM) in 2008 and has established an impeccable reputation as one of the Southland’s premier retail brokers. During his tenure with the firm, Jason has completed an average of 30 transactions annually. Many of Jason’s deals have been executed with notable tenants, including 7-Eleven, Starbucks, Waba Grill, Panda Express, Subway, El Pollo Loco, Del Taco, Marie Calender’s, Jimmy Johns, Dollar Tree, T-Mobile, Chase, Little Caesars, Tommy’s Burgers, Yoshinoya, Sprint, Menchie’s, Blaze, and Yogurtland, among countless others.
Prior to joining Centers Business Management, Jason worked with Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group, administering local and national investment portfolios. While at the firm, Jason cultivated relationships with owners and investors in a variety of commercial real estate segments, including retail, multi-family, industrial, and office properties. In this position, Jason provided studied investment counsel, which resulted in numerous successful sales transactions.
Before his term at Marcus & Millichap, Jason served a sales rep and account executive at Jerry Leigh Entertainment Apparel, a women’s clothing manufacturer. Jason nurtured productive relationships with high-profile retailers, including JC Penney, May Company, Walt Disney World Parks & Resorts, and Fred Segal. These efforts enable Jason to build multi-million-dollar account base. In addition, Jason interpreted fashion trends and guided the firm’s purchasing strategy.
