CBM1’s Geoff Grossman + Jason Ehrenpreis recently completed a lease with WingStop on a +/-1,000 SF retail space in a busy retail shopping center. Situated at the major signalized intersection of National Boulevard and Sepulveda Boulevard, immediately off the 405 freeway exit ramp, adjacent to the 405 and 10 freeway interchange, with clear visibility from both expressways. WingStop was launched in Garland, Texas, in 1994 as a fast-food establishment specializing in “hot wings.” The enterprise has since grown to incorporate over 1,500 locations worldwide, most of which are franchisee owned and managed. B&S Ventures, the franchisee opening the National + Sepulveda location are experienced operator with over a decade of experience managing casual dining and fast-food establishments. WingStop is now in nine countries, including the United States, Canada, France, Indonesia, Mexico, Singapore, Spain, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

Mike Tohikian, President of Hot Spot Properties and host of the popular Hot Spotting commercial real estate podcast, represented the tenant. And Mike’s exemplary efforts were instrumental in executing the transaction.
