JUST LEASED! Clearpath Federal Credit Union in Ralphs Anchored Shopping Center

CBM1’s Jason Ehrenpries recently completed a lease with Clearpath Federal Credit Union on a +/-1,500 SF retail space in a 20,000+ SF Ralphs grocery store anchored shopping center situated at the major signalized intersection of Vineland Avenue + Magnolia Boulevard in North Hollywood. CBM1’s Michael Nitti completed a lease with the Kawaii Boba Teahouse on a +/-1,500 SF retail space at the busy Stater Brothers grocery anchored Fairway Plaza shopping center.
