Geoff recently completed a lease with Little Coyote Pizza on an approximately 1,890 SF freestanding retail pad building at Los Coyotes Diagonal and Palo Verde Avenue. Little Coyote is a burgeoning local gourmet pizza chain launched by experienced restaurant operators Jack Leahy and Jonathan Strader. And the Los Coyotes Diagonal’s site marks the growing enterprise’s second Long Beach location.

As reported in the LONG BEACH POST, the partners chose the property: “Chiefly for the size of its commissary kitchen and its patio, which can hold 80 customers at 100% capacity.” Additionally, the duo hopes their second location will be: “Community and family-oriented, a bit more like an old-fashioned pizza parlor.”

Positioned at the tip of a unique, triangular-shaped shopping center, Little Coyote’s new location is directly across from an enormous Ralph’s supermarket and adjacent to several major signalized intersections.
