Founded in Dallas, Texas, in 2002, A-Max Insurance brokerage has steadily expanded its territory over the past two decades, aiming to establish the firm as a nationally recognized brand. Since purchasing Sameday Insurance, a midsized Southern California-based insurance company, in 2022, A-Max has focused heavily on growth in the California marketplace. In addition to further acquisitions of existing brokerages, the firm is looking to continue opening new locations.

Drawing on a residential population of over 400,000 within a 3-mile radius, the property sees a consistently high volume of consumer traffic. Activity bolstered by the center’s diverse tenant composition and traffic siphoned from adjacent well-patronized retail tenants.
