CBM1’s Jason Ehrenpries recently completed a lease with Clearpath Federal Credit Union on a +/-1,500 SF retail space in a 20,000+ SF Ralphs grocery store anchored shopping center situated at the major signalized intersection of Vineland Avenue + Magnolia Boulevard in North Hollywood. In addition to the Ralphs anchor, the sprawling neighborhood center’s A+ national and regional tenants include AutoZone, Subway, Flame Broiler, and a Carl’s Jr drive-thru on the intersection’s hard corner.
Clearpath Federal Credit Union was founded by a former Ralphs Grocery controller to serve Ralphs’ sizable employee base. Federally chartered in 1954 as Ralphs Employees Federal Credit Union, the name was later renamed Clearpath Federal Credit Union to reflect its increasingly diverse membership. Along with their corporate offices in Burbank and the soon-to-open North Hollywood location, Clearpath operates branches in Glendale and Moreno Valley.
The well-located center, positioned just east of the Vineland Avenue 101 freeway access, is surrounded by numerous retail shopping centers. This highly active retail trade area serves the densely populated community residing in the adjacent neighborhoods teeming with multi-family developments and single-family homes.
