Aaron and Daniel recently completed a lease with DashMart (a subsidiary of DoorDash food delivery service) on an approximately 5,265 SF retail space. The unit is on the pad of a multi-building community center at the major signalized intersection of 2nd Street and G Street in San Bernardino.

Situated immediately off the 215 freeway amid the area’s primary retail district, the sprawling center is anchored by Marshalls, Dollar Tree, and dd’s discount. The property’s additional A+ co-tenants include Skechers Shoe Outlet, Subway, and Taco Bell, among many more!

DashMart is a spinoff of DoorDash – An app-driven technology company that facilitates home delivery for fast food, quick-serve restaurants, limited groceries, and convenience items. Billed as a “new kind of convince store,” DashMart’s online platform enables customers to order thousands of convenience, grocery, and restaurant items for home delivery. Already operating in 8 cities, including Chicago, Minneapolis, Columbus, Cincinnati, Dallas, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, and Redwood City, CA, DashMart reportedly plans to additional locations in San Diego, Baltimore, Denver, and Sacramento. The newly leased San Bernardino site will manage expanding area operations and stock grocery and convenience items for local delivery.
