CBM1’s Geoff Grossman + Andrea Cronin recently completed a lease with Eggtuck quick-serve restaurant on a +/-1,350 SF space in the Campus Plaza shopping center close to USC’s main campus.
Specializing in delectable breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos, Eggtuck’s unique menu ranges from traditional egg, ham, and bacon sandwiches to more exotic fare, including pork + beef short ribs (mild or spicy) served on brioche buns with their signature egg sauce, and house-made sriracha aioli. Currently operating three SoCal locations, with two more (including the Figueroa + Adams site) coming soon, Eggtuck is also expanding through franchising, with two additional locations in Chicago and a third on the way. The increasingly popular eatery has nabbed the media spotlight, with recent profiles by Dine LA, Thrillist, Time Los Angeles, LA Weekly, Eater, Los Angeles Magazine, and ABC News.
Situated at the northeast corner of South Figueroa and West Adams Boulevard, Campus Plaza is less than a block from the Adams Boulevard exit off the 110 freeway, barely three-quarters of a mile from USC’s central campus, and just over a mile from the 10 + 110 freeway interchange, the LA Convention Center, and Crypto.com Arena.
USC’s 49,000 students, 7,400 faculty members, and an additional 18,000 administrative and support staff provide Campus Plaza with an enormous consumer base. The surrounding community’s population, which soars above 477,000 residents within a 5-mile radius, offers further evidence of the area’s exceptional demographics.
