CBM1’s Geoff Grossman + Daniel Barriga recently completed a lease with Firefly Burger on +/-1,600 SF end-cap space in a corner retail strip center at the signalized intersection of Chapman Avenue and Euclid Street. The newer, well-maintained center is anchored by a high-traffic Starbucks drive-thru. Additionally, the site boasts excellent curb appeal, ample parking in a convenient onsite lot, and high street visibility on both Chapman and Euclid, two major Garden Grove area thoroughfares.

Firefly Burger is a multinational quick-serve restaurant chain focusing on unique, gourmet burgers and a range of popular fast food side orders. The chain was founded in 2011 in Jordan by three students inspired by the various American burger restaurants the trio visited while studying in the United States. In the dozen years since its initial launch, Firefly Burger has opened 60 locations in 17 countries spanning five continents. The Garden Grove site marks Firefly Burger’s second California location, following the recent opening of a Fresno restaurant.

The well-located property shares the intersection of Chapman and Euclid with a sizable Ralphs Grocery, Walgreens Drugs, and Jack in the Box drive-thru anchored shopping. Additionally, the site is less than a block north of the Kaiser Permanente medical office complex and urgent care center and surrounded by several massive housing subdivisions.
