Immediately adjacent to the South Bay Galleria shopping mall, the busy center is situated on a bustling intersection also occupied by Walgreens Pharmacy and North Point Shopping Center, anchored by CVS Pharmacy and 24 Fitness.
Capitalizing on the increasingly popular indoor golf concept, a use steadily expanding into retail properties, GolfShac offers patrons access to an indoor driving range and putting greens available for rental by the hour. Though the Lawndale site marks Golfshac’s first location, the startup enterprise’s long-term goal is to expand throughout the Southern California marketplace.
South Bay Place is situated at the epicenter of a thriving commercial trade area serving the broader South Bay, including nearby Redondo Beach, Torrance, and Hawthorne.
