CBM1’s Aaron Guido recently completed a lease with Honu Poke Grill on a+/- 1,050 SF retail space in Lomita Center, a 21,000+ SF corner shopping center situated at the intersection of Lomita Boulevard and Ebony Lane.

A newly launched restaurant, Honu aims to capitalize on the current popularity of the poke fish dining trend. Served raw, poke is incorporated into a variety of creative and unique dishes, including bowls, rolls, and wraps. Honu will also serve a broad menu of other Asian and Hawaiian cuisine favorites.

Lomita Center is situated in an active retail trade area along heavily trafficked Lomita Boulevard. Notable nearby tenants include an O’Reilly Auto Parts anchored center, a McDonald’s drive-thru, and a standalone Walgreens drug store. The site is also surrounded by a network of densely populated residential neighborhoods with strong annual household income demographics.
