CBM1’s Dave O’Connell + Matthew Brutzkus recently completed a lease with Sculpt Aesthetics Med Spa on a +/- 1,000 SF retail space at PCH Plaza, a mid-block shopping center fronting onto the busy Pacific Coast Hwy. Less than a half mile from the shore, the property is situated along Seal Beach’s primary retail trade route and surrounded by a network of densely populated, highly affluent residential neighborhoods.
Sculpt Aesthetics is a growing med spa venture offering a range of outpatient cosmetic procedures and beauty treatments. Expanding from its first location in nearby Huntington Beach, Sculpt Aesthetics’ grand opening at PCH Plaza is slated for the first quarter of 2023.
“We really came through for the landlord on this leasing assignment,” CBM1 Managing Partner Dave O’Connell says about this recent leasing transaction. The departing tenant (a chiropractic clinic) gave four months’ advanced notice of its intent to vacate. Immediately, Mr. O’Connell and his partner, Leasing Associate Matt Brutzkus, identified ideal use types and began marketing to potential tenants. “We secured four lease offers in less than two months. The landlord signed an agreement with a well-qualified tenant while avoiding any tenancy gap,” O’Connell notes, adding: “an excellent location, a solid plan, and hard work came together with outstanding results!”
