The tenant specializes in the sale of middle eastern-sourced nuts, chocolate, coffee beans, and gifts.
The site is situated across from a drive-thru Mcdonald’s and 7-Eleven convenience store and is surrounded by a densely populated network of residential neighborhoods in central Anaheim.
