Founded in 2003 and based in Denver, Colorado, Teriyaki Madness licenses to over 150 franchisees operating locations in 20 states. Acquired by new ownership significantly ramping up their funding in 2016, the chain went from 12 locations to its current tally despite the pandemic. And according to Restaurant Business Magazine, this upward trend is ongoing: “[Teriyaki Madness] fast-casual bowl chain has been one of the country’s fastest-growing restaurant concepts in recent years. It has plans for another 40 to 50 restaurants in 2023, with growth coming from both new and existing franchisees.”
The well-located property is ideally positioned to attract business from commuters and area residents. Highway travelers stopping off the 14 freeway (which serves as an alternative route to Las Vegas) are sure to provide a consistent customer basis. And local Palmdale residents, whose numbers are steadily rising, will further augment the property’s commuter business.
