The end-cap unit is situated in Beach Place, a two-story shopping center hosting retail and office tenants on Beach Boulevard, a major area thoroughfare and a local hotbed of retail activity.

Founded in Los Angeles by three former healthcare executives in 1986, VCA Animal Hospitals now operates 1,000+ clinics, with locations in 46 US states and five Canadian provinces. Acquired in 2017 by candy-maker and food conglomerate, Mars Inc, VCA was taken public and trades on NASDAQ under the ticker “WOOF.” The steadily expanding enterprise has consistently reported $5+ billion in annual revenue over the past five years.
