Michael Nitti

Michael Nitti is a veteran commercial real estate agent specializing in retail leasing and investment sales, handling both Landlord + Tenant Representation. Primarily serving the Southern California region, Michael leases and sells commercial properties in the Los Angeles and Orange County markets and handles select real estate transactions state-wide and nationally.

To date, Michael has leased + sold tens of millions of square feet of commercial property. Additionally, he’s completed transactions, both as a landlord and tenant rep, with Earl of Sandwich, Jersey Mike, Cricket Wireless, and 7-Eleven, among other notable national and regional tenants.

Michael’s prior commercial real estate positions include sales associate with Marcus & Millichap and corporate franchisee tenant representative with CCP Real Estate Advisors. During his tenure with Marcus & Millichap, Michael represented investors in the purchase and sale of retail property assets throughout the Southern California region. With CCP Real Estate Advisors, Michael represented various franchisees, including Earl of Sandwich and Menchies.

Before embarking on his commercial real estate career, Michael worked in a variety of service industry positions, honing his impeccable communications skills and developing innovative problem-solving techniques—expertise he continually employs to positive effect in commercial real estate deal-making.
