CBM1’s Dave O’Connell recently completed a lease with Mr. Teriyaki on a +/-1,055 SF retail space in a remodeled shopping center on busy Pacific Coast Hwy. A restaurant specializing in Teriyaki bowls and other Asian-inspired cuisine, Mr. Teriyaki is a newly launched venture aiming to capitalize on the trendy quick-serve takeout Asian food market. Christopher Steck with Kidder Mathews ably represented the incoming tenant.
Mr. Teriyaki’s addition diversifies the center’s tenant composition, complementing the convenience store and bolstering the nail salon, eyebrow threading, and medispa operators.
Less than a half mile from the shore, the property is situated along Seal Beach’s primary retail trade route, surrounded by a network of densely populated, highly affluent residential neighborhoods.
