CBM1’s Geoff Grossman + Andrea Cronin recently completed a lease with Roadside Taco restaurant and bar on a +/-1,850 SF space in the Campus Plaza shopping center close to USC’s main campus.
Roadside Taco is a popular, well-reviewed Mexican restaurant and bar known for a menu packed with an array of delicious tacos, ranging from traditional favorites to unique creations, including their famed cochinta pibil and chicken birria tacos. The eatery is also renowned for its cocktail selection, boasting over 20 custom margarita mixes and several specialty adult beverages. With the soon-to-open site on Hoover Street, Roadside Taco will celebrate the launch of its second restaurant, expanding from its original location on Ventura Boulevard in Studio City.
The site’s impeccable location, situated at the northwest corner of Hoover Street and 29th Street, is just three blocks from USC’s central campus. USC boasts 49,000 students, 7,400 faculty members, and an additional 18,000 administrative and support staff members, collectively representing a gigantic consumer base typically known to heavily patronized area restaurants and bars.
